If you’re ready to take control of your fitness, your nutrition and your overall health, my Atomic Wellness program is a 12-week experience that will help you reset your habits for good.
I’ve been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years and I’ve helped dozens of clients lose weight, gain muscle, eat better and improve their overall health.
The problem is that most people can do all of those things for a short amount of time but sustaining change is much harder. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!
That’s why I designed this comprehensive wellness program. Atomic Wellness will help you get to the root of what’s holding you back and teach you how to change your habits to achieve lasting results.
This isn’t about losing 20 lbs in one month. This program is about making slower but lasting changes.

Expert Nutritional Support
Participants receive guidance from me: a fitness and nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of clients at all levels. You will learn about proper nutrition, meal planning, and portion control. This knowledge will empower you to make healthier choices independently, equipping you for long-term success.
Education
During our weekly group video calls, you will learn about topics like nutrition, exercise, hormones, popular diets (keto, intermittent fasting), recovery and more!
Community Accountability
Joining the program connects you with a supportive community of like-minded individuals. This fosters accountability and encouragement, which can significantly enhance motivation and commitment. About Your Coach
My name is Marsha Regis and I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I have coached clients in Canada, the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.
Over the years, I’ve noticed that clients who are successful long-term do a few basic things over and over again. I want to hold your hand and show you what those things are so that you too can have a body that YOU are proud of. Having a body you’re proud of goes beyond how it looks. It’s about how you feel in it and what it can achieve for you. No one else can decide what success looks like for you.
